Rachael has a passion for supporting people who are intent on creating a better world. She is a human ecologist and Director of Weave (www.weavingchange.nz), a consultancy that undertakes research and evaluation across sectors. Rachael learnt evaluation ‘on the job’ over 20 years and loves to support people to know and show the value of their work. Rachael co-wrote the What Works website with Manu Caddie www.whatworks.org.nz and is a founding member and current Board member of the Aotearoa New Zealand Evaluation Association www.anzea.org.nz. She is also an Associate of the Centre for Social Impact www.centreforsocialimpact.org.nz.
